Being an independent travel agent enables us to tailor our services specifically to your companies individual needs. It means we are not forced to promote a certain product due to our particular alliances, ensuring you get the best possible deal!

Telephone calls are answered promptly and responded to immediately.

A dedicated consultant, plus a back up consultant are assigned to your travel. They work tirelessly to build a relationship that allows them to completely understand your needs and requirements.

After Hours Service
Consultants’ hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.  However, we provide a 24-hour on call service by mobile telephone, should any last minute changes need to be made. All senior consultants have remote access to the systems from home. This service puts us ahead of our competitors.
